Rule 42 I have received from Devaney Energy, Inc. the revisions to the code on filling propane containers with weight capacity of 42# (10 gallons) or greater. I understand it is required that any person who fills a tank with the capacity of 42lbs or larger, be trained in a propane industry program referred to as CETP Basic Principles and Practices. This program is offered online at propane.org See devaneyenergy.com/propanetraining for required courses and enrollment instructions. I also understand the State Fire Marshall considers RV’s, Autogas vehicles or other tanks which are integral to a vehicle and have a fixed liquid level gauge to be exempt. If I have any questions, I will call Devaney Energy, Inc. Digital Signature (required) Location (required) Date
